All India Tourist Permit for Taxi-Cab/Maxi-Cab/Passenger Bus

• Application for Grant of Tourist Permit in Form 45.
• Application for permit is required to be made in Form P.C.O.P.A.
• The resolution of RTA/STA.
• A permit fee as per HPMVR, 1999.
• Authorization application in Form 46 with fee Rs.500/- should be paid.
• Permit cover for All India.
• Application should be accompanied with:
  • Copy of R.C. Book
  • Proof of payment of tax
  • Fitness Certificate
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • P.U.C. (Pollution Under Control Certificate)
• Authorization is valid for a period of one year and Permit is valid for 5 years.

Contract Carriage Permit

• Application for permit is required to be made in Form P.C.O.P.A.
• The resolution of RTA/STA.
• A permit fee as per HPMVR, 1999.
• Application should be accompanied with:
  • Copy of R.C. Book
  • Proof of payment of tax
  • Fitness Certificate
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • P.U.C. (Pollution Under Control Certificate)
• Permit is valid for 5 years and issued for the whole State of Himachal Pradesh.
