➤ A duplicate driving licence will be issued in the following circumstances

•  When the licence is lost or destroyed.
• When the licence is defaced, torn, or completely written up.

➤ Requirements

•  Application in Form - LLD.
• Original licence if available, whether written or defaced.

➤ Where to File the Application

 The application can be filed at the concerned RTO/R&LA that issued the original Driving Licence or online through the SARATHI portal.
