➤ Renewal of Driving Licence

 To renew a driving licence, one must apply to the Licensing Authority with the following documents:

•  Application in Form No. 9.
• Permanent Driving Licence.
• Medical Certificate in Form 1-A.
• Three passport-sized photographs (if the renewal is to be made in Form 6).
• Fees as specified in Rule-32.

➤ Where to Apply

 Applications can be submitted to the jurisdictional Licensing Authority, such as the Regional Transport Office (RTO) or the Registering & Licensing Authority (R&LA). Alternatively, applicants can apply online through the SARATHI portal.
