At its first meeting, the Managing Committee may appoint from among its members an Executive Committee for the transaction of day-to-day duties of the Branch. The transactions of such Executive Committee are duly recorded and laid before the Managing Committee at its next meeting for confirmation:
1.1. The Chairperson, General Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, and Secretary of the Managing Committee.
1.2. Three members elected by the Managing Committee.
The Executive Committee meets at least once a quarter at such time and place as fixed by the Chairperson. Three members form a quorum. The Chairperson/Vice-Chairperson or, in their absence, the General Secretary shall preside over the meeting. Three days' notice shall be given to convene this meeting.
The Chairperson is the Chief Executive of the Executive Committee.
