St. John Ambulance, an allied body of the Indian Red Cross Society, Himachal Pradesh State Branch, Shimla, is engaged in multifarious activities. It also imparts First-Aid Training to various institutions like Factory/PSU Workers, Air Hostesses, Staff of Transport Department, Students and Teachers of the educational institutions, etc. We are the only authorized organization for imparting First Aid and Home Nursing Training by National Headquarters, St. John Ambulance, New Delhi in Himachal Pradesh. This is certified by the Ministry of Home Affairs (dated: 23/10/2012). We have the most competent and highly qualified staff for this purpose.
Aims and objectives of First-Aid Training including CPR (Theoretical and Practical).
Wounds and Bleeding.
Fractures.
Dressing and Bandages (Theoretical and Practical).
Transportation of Casualties.
Asphyxia, Unconsciousness, Shock and Heart attack.
Burns and Scalds.
Poisoning.
The training will be audio visual based.
Training Timing is 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. (8 days)
Minimum trainees in a single batch should be 30.
The training fee would be Rs. 18,000/- (per batch).
Travelling Allowance/local conveyance of the First-Aid Trainer shall be borne by the trainee organization on the spot.
The date for such programme can be mutually decided.
After successful completion of the training, Original Certificates will be issued within 3 months by the Indian Red Cross Society (NHQ), New Delhi. Provisional certificates will be issued by the HP State Red Cross Society.
