About HIPA VC

HIPA has established a Video Conferencing facility which provides a two-way Video connectivity between HIPA and all the 77 Development Blocks in the State of Himachal Pradesh. Besides, the two Panchayati Raj Training Institutes in the State, at Baijnath and Mashobra, have also been linked with this VC facility.

In total, 79 field locations are directly connected to this studio. However, other stations such as District Hqs., District Courts & Jails can also be integrated with this facility using other networks/VC studios established by NIC & DIT.

The prime objective of establishing this facility is to use it for Distance Learning and for conduct of regular meetings.
