Particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof.

The Transport Department formulates its policies in consultation with the directions/suggestions given by the Hon’ble members of State Transport Development Council/ Road Safety Committees constituted by the Govt. In addition to this the amendments in the HP Taxation Act/Rules and HPMV Rules are made only after inviting objections from public.
