 For the renewal of Driving License one has to apply to the Licensing Authority along with the following documents:

1.     Application in Form No. 9

2.     Permanent Driving License

3.     Medical Certificate in Form 1-A

4.     Three copies of passport photographs, if renewal is to be made in Form 6.

5.     Fees as specified in rule-32


Where to Apply ?

  • to the jurisdictional licensing authority i.e Regional Transport Office/ Registering & Licensing Authority or can apply online on SARATHI.
