A Peripatetic Training Programme on Computers has been conducted at Kaza (Hqs. of Spiti Sub Division of Tribal District-Lahaul & Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, which is also known as the Cold Desert) w.e.f. 5-8 October 2009 under hostile weather conditions. The programme has been attended by 35 Officers & Officials posted in the Spiti Valley.
