Privacy Policy – “MyDiarY” Mobile App
National Informatics Centre, Himachal Pradesh has developed "MyDiarY" mobile app for General Administration Department (GAD), Himachal Pradesh. The app contains the contact information of all important administrative officers including Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Deputy Commissioners, SDMs, BDOs, Tehsildars, SPs and DSPs and their public meetings which are publicly available to the general public. Authorized users can also add/modify their meeting details by entering their login credentials. The information about the scheduled meeting of the officers is available to them in a pre-determined manner, as recorded in the meeting MIS software. The app is available on Play Store for free.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The app captures the officer's name and password (in case of officers and ministers) while scheduling the meeting. The department will maintain the data provided by the user. Local app settings can be changed or removed by the user as per the requirement. The meeting schedule and contact details of officers and ministers are available in the public domain and can be accessed by the general public.
Misuse by Non Targeted Users
Mobile App is meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile device.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to include or remove any Content as per the latest requirements. You are advised to check this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is considered acceptance of all changes.
