Privacy Policy – “PMIS-HC” Mobile App
National Informatics Centre, Himachal Pradesh has Developed “PMIS-HC” Mobile App for High Court of Himachal Pradesh. The PMIS-HC App enable the employees of High Court of Himachal Pradesh, who are using the Manav Sampada (Personnel MIS) software, to view their eService book. The employees can also view the balance of various types of leave on the Mobile app and can submit application for leave approval. The employees can also delete leave (till it is pending) and can send cancel leave request of their approved leave. The reporting officers can view the leaves applied by their subordinates and may approve/reject these leave applications. The reporting officer can also forward the leaves in case he/she is not the authorize person to approve/reject the leave. The app is available on Play Store free of cost.
App only uses the internet connection of user’s device.
The app does not capture any user information. The local app settings can be changed or removed by the user as per requirement. So as no data is captured by the app so do not need any Data Retention or Management Policy.
Mobile App is meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile device.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to include or deleted any content as per latest requirements. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
