The Director of Transport will monitor the functioning of the Truck Unions in the State with a view to check their illegal activities of charging freight over and above the rates fixed by the Government. Suitable environment will be created to enable the industries and individual to negotiate with truck owners/ union of outside the state incase the local truck union fail to supply truck at appropriate price.
