Training programme on Participation of Youth in Rural Development

HIPA in collaboration with the National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad organized a training programme on ’Participation of Youth in Rural Development’ from 11th to 16th September 2006. Dr. C.S. Singhal and Dr. T. Vijay Kumar from NIRD, Hyderabad conducted the programme. Participants from Uttar Pradesh and Haryana attended the programme besides those from Himachal Pradesh.
