The Himachal Pradesh State Capacity Building Commission has been consituted on 15th February, 2023. The key responsibilities of the Commission are:

• The task of the Commission would be to coordinate the trainings across the departments and monitor the progress of these trainings.
• The approval and monitoring of trainings in Rural Development, Women and Child Development, HPKVN, Forests, Technical Education and Agricultre Departments.
• Oversee the training aspects in the Externally Aided Projects (EAPs) in the State. Document and share best practices and success stories with the Government of India, States and other stakeholders.
• To recommend the State Government policies and initiatives arising out of various delibrations on capacity building.
