National Informatics Centre, Himachal Pradesh has developed the “eSamadhan” Mobile App for the Department of Redressal of Public Grievances, Himachal Pradesh. eSamadhan Mobile App helps you to avail Services of “eSamadhan – Online Public Grievance Monitoring System https://esamadhan.nic.in” from your android mobile device. You can submit new application and can also access already submitted application to know the latest status. The app allows the user to save searched application offline on the device for future updates. The app is available on Play Store free of cost.

The app captures Name, Mobile Number, email, Address and Landline number as well as details related to grievance. The Department retains user provided data. This information is used by Concerned Department only.
Misuse by Non Targeted Users
Mobile App is meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile device.
