13 - FINANCING OF PROJECTS

The financing of the project will entirely be the responsibility of the developer. He will be allowed to take advance money from the prospective buyers only after the basic infrastructure is developed and with the prior permission of the Government . No Government subsidy out side any scheme or programme which may already be under implementation in a particular area or the whole of the State will be available for the development of the township to the developer.
