11 - MAINTENANCE AND MUNICIPAL FUNCTIONS

The developer developing the colony shall maintain the colony and perform all Municipal functions till such time an Urban Local Body or Civic agency is constituted by the Government and for this purpose , the developer, with the prior permission of the Government , shall be allowed to impose service charges.
