The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions

The Transport Department has fixed norms to discharge public services which are specified in the citizen charter, However, the Department discharge its functions strictly in accordance with CMV Act/Rules, HPMV Rules, HP Taxation Act/Rules and notifications issued by the Government from time to time.
