HIPA in collaboration with the National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad organized a Training of Trainers programme on ’National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme’ from 9th to 12th April, 2007. Dr. K. Jayalakshmi and Dr. Y. Bhasker Rao from NIRD, Hyderabad conducted the programme. Elected Representatives from PRI’s, IAS Probationers, PO’s/APO’s-DRDA, BDO’s, JE’s and other functionaries/officials from Chamba, Sirmour, Mandi and Kangra Districts, covered under NREGA, attended the programme.
